These structures are typically around 7 feet tall and a few feet wide, and work for indoor or outdoor ceremonies. How much do wedding arch and canopy rentals cost?
Arch rentals start at $100 and canopy rentals start at $200, depending on the style. Pricing on each product page is transparent so you can compare options before you request a quote.
How far ahead should we book?
Peak wedding season in Kansas runs May through October. September and October Saturdays at popular venues often book far ahead, and April/May weekends fill quickly too. Reach out as soon as you have a date.
What if the weather looks bad?
Outdoor ceremonies in Wichita need a rain contingency. Tell us your indoor backup plan early so we can adjust placement and timing. We will not leave a structure standing if conditions are unsafe.
Do you provide flowers or draping?
Not yet. Many couples work with their own florist or DIY décor. Bring zip ties, twine, or whatever your florist recommends, and we will have the structure ready when they arrive.

Wedding vendors ghosting couples a week before the big day is common enough that you've probably heard the horror story, or might even know someone who's lived it. We won't be the reason you're scrambling. If we've confirmed your date, we're showing up, end of story.
